Check in time is from 2pm. Check out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for an additional cost.
Please Check In at the Central Hotel, 7-9 Portland Street, Cheltenham, GL52 2NZ
For first time guests, you will need to provide photographic ID and the bank card used to make the booking to check-in. You will then be given keys and directed to the apartments.
Returning guests will not have to present photographic ID but may still be asked to provide the bank card upon check-in.
Please note for any check-ins after office hours there is a £25.00 Late Check-In charge.
