概述

This is a delightful, bright, two-bedroom/ two-bathroom ground floor apartment in the heart of cosmopolitan, lively Didsbury village with its restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs within walking distance.

It comprises a master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite wet room & toilet, a single bedroom and a family bathroom with bath, shower & toilet all furnished and equipped to the usual high standard. Gas central heating and double glazing make for a super cosy stay! Guests will also benefit from one allocated parking space.

Situated just 6 miles south of Manchester City Centre. Didsbury village, which is just 200 yards away from the apartments, is a very lively, cosmopolitan area of South Manchester.

The Christie Hospital is just 1 mile along Wilmslow Road or 4 stops on the bus. Wilmslow Road, which runs through the village, has very frequent bus services.

Please Note:

All guests will be contacted by Quality Lets and will be required to pay a deposit of £300 which is due before arrival. The deposit will be retained for the duration of the guest's stay as security for any damage or other liability.  Deposits will normally be returned within 7 days of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made. Acceptable deposit payment methods are as follows: By bank transfer (details on request), Cash on arrival, OR PayPal (details on request-bank charges may apply).

Quality Lets cannot accept any responsibility in any way for the loss of, or damage to, contents or any personal belongings at the properties. Guests are advised to ensure their possessions are covered by appropriate insurance.

Quality Lets reserve the right to show the property to prospective guests whilst it is occupied. All such visits will be accompanied by the property's representative and the property will endeavour wherever possible to give reasonable notice of such a visit but cannot always guarantee to be able to do so.

Lost or non-returned keys are charged at £50 (Citipeak £100)
