Location: Just a few hundred feet from the beach and 20-25 minutes to downtown Historic Savannah.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. Smoking is limited to the outside grounds or porches (be sure windows and doors are closed). A minimum of $250.00 cleaning surcharge and all costs relating to the loss of revenue while the room is not rentable will be charged to guests card if evidence of smoking in the room. Guests will also be asked to vacate your room immediately without refund.

Keys: Guests will be supplied with one (1) key at check-in. Guests must turn the key into the Front Desk at check out. If guests do not return the key at check out or if you lose the key you will be charged a $100 fee to re-key the lock.
