Under the leadership of former Rector, Dame Frances Cairncross, Exeter College set out in 2007 a strategy to provide world-class education within a collegiate environment, that is a place where students and academics can live and work alongside each other, interacting both inside and outside of the classroom, within inspiring buildings and spaces. The addition of Cohen Quad is the biggest single physical expansion of the College since its earliest years when it moved to its Turl Street site in 1315. It maintains a 700-year tradition of students and fellows across academic disciplines living and studying alongside each other and benefiting from each others' knowledge and experience.
Bookings are made on a room-only basis
The Cohen Quadrangle is less than a 15 minute walk from both University Parks and also the beautiful Port Meadow. Both are free for visitors to visit throughout the year.
WiFi access is available for all guests. You can request a guest sign in from the Front Desk located near the Main Entrance of the college.
Laundry facilities are available for guests to use. All machines are coin-operated, and you can ask for further details from the Front Desk Staff.
Please enquire at the front desk if luggage storage is available, as there may not always be spaces for luggage to be stored.

On arrival, please report to the Front Desk, which is staffed 24 hours a day. This is where you will collect your room key and directed to your room(s). The Front Desk staff are always happy to help with any queries you may have throughout your stay.
Cohen Quadrangle is located just a 5 minute walk away from the Gloucester Green Coach Station, which provides frequent services to London and numerous airports. It is also just a ten-minute walk away from the Oxford train station
Unfortunately, the property is unable to provide any parking facilities. Though Oxford does offer 5 different park and ride locations, with frequent and convenient buses into the heart of the City.
