An award-winning breakfast is served from 7.30am – 10.00am Monday – Friday and 8.00am – 11.00am Saturday and Sunday.
Offering tasty, seasonal, specials all using free-range local produce e.g. Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine or Full English breakfast.
Additionally, homemade muesli, granola, yoghurt and fruit compote are offered.
There is an honesty bar situated in the guest lounge, which is well stocked with beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
Wifi is available throughout Brooks free of charge. Enjoy a relaxing time in the guest living room, where there is a selection of magazines, tourist information and daily newspapers. During the winter months, guests can also enjoy the open fire.

A bus stop is situated just a few steps down the street from the Guesthouse and Oldfield Park & Bath Spa train stations are a 15-minute walk in either direction. If travelling by car, the Guesthouse is located just off the A36.
