Chapter House Apartment has a lovely, enclosed garden positioned to the front of the property, accessed through the front door and a small iron gate. Although not private in that it is at the front, it is the perfect place to enjoy the quiet and enchanting surroundings with a cuppa of Yorkshire Tea or Glass of wine on a summers evening, listening to chimes of the Cathedral bells!
There is clearly marked off road parking for one vehicle within the cul-de-sac and there is also an outside lockable storage ideal for storing bicycles.
