Just WOW ! Checked my daughter in yesterday for her year stay in Edinburgh , absolutely everything about this newly refurbished building is top class ,, spotlessly clean , brand new everything , communal areas , tv rooms , laundry room , 24 hr help on site if needed (an actual physical person not a number ) a welcome table of goodies the list goes on and on ,,,, however the real asset is the staff I cannot say how unbelievably fantastic they are , super friendly welcoming and beyond helpful , Carrie was just amazing with us she is the most professional helpful person ,, we were so comfortable leaving our daughter and felt very very safe in doing so ! I highly highly recommend booking your student accommodation here it’s phenomenal! No hesitation whatsoever ! - source Google

The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable. Use of kitchen was great, although some people did not wash up after themselves, which made it a bit less pleasant, but still fine. What I was most concerned about is that my key card stopped working on day 2 of 3. I only narrowly avoided being locked out. My phone had run out of battery and I went back to charge it. If I had gone straight to my show, I would have been locked out with no staff in reception and no phone to call anyone with.
